AI Estimator is a multi-agent system based on artificial intelligence, designed for automating cost estimates and preparing commercial proposals. The system analyzes projects and specifications in PDF, image, and Excel formats, automatically determines sections, selects contractor profiles, recognizes volumes and performs measurements from drawings (lengths, areas, counting elements), controls prices based on uploaded price lists, calculates costs and exports results to XLSX, and generates the final commercial proposal on the organization's letterhead.

The product allows reducing project processing time from several hours to 3–10 minutes, eliminating manual calculation errors and ensuring uniformity of estimates based on current price lists and directories.

The system is deployed locally on the client's server, ensuring full control over data and security of commercial information.
