Real Crimea

A large regional distribution company operating in the Crimea market for over 10 years. Main areas of focus: - wholesale distribution of water, juices, beverages, snacks; - collaboration with all major networks in Crimea and a large number of retail outlets; - sales representatives + own delivery; - a large fleet of vehicles and complex logistics with daily routes; - active work with promotions, discounts, customer segments, and sales channel reporting. The company has grown every year, expanding its product range, geography, warehouses, fleet, and team. Initially, there was no automation in the company — we came at the start of the business and built automation from scratch as a turnkey solution. Over 10 years of collaboration, we have become a true IT partner and technological support for the client’s business.
