Pre-Project Survey

The pre-project survey is a mandatory stage before the industrial implementation of the "AI Estimator" system. Based on the results of the survey, a technical specification, target architecture of the solution is formed, and the choice of a version with a fixed implementation cost is confirmed.

The survey is conducted by a team of analysts and engineers together with key specialists from the client: estimators, engineers, procurement specialists, IT service, and heads of tender departments.

Cost of the stage: 180,000 RUB.

Goal of the stage: formalization of the task of implementing the AI Estimator and defining the project boundaries.
