The "AI Lawyer" pre-project survey involves studying current business processes and decision-making points, working with direct product users, IT specialists, and managers, determining data formats, files, systems, preliminary analysis of accounting and related systems, forming the target architecture of the solution, preparing and agreeing on the technical assignment, and estimating the implementation cost.
Description
The pre-project survey is a mandatory stage before the industrial implementation of the "AI Lawyer" system. Based on the survey results, a technical assignment, target architecture of the solution, and an accurate cost estimate for implementation are formed.
The survey is conducted by a team of analysts and lawyers in collaboration with key specialists from the client: corporate lawyers, contract department, economic security service, and IT department.
Cost of the stage: 70,000 rubles.
Goal of the stage: formalization of the AI Lawyer implementation task and definition of the project boundaries.

1. Process Analysis
- Study of the current contract approval and verification process
- Identification of decision-making points and areas of responsibility
- Analysis of the current workload on lawyers and the contract department
- Identification of bottlenecks and time losses
2. Interviews with Specialists
- Working with direct product users (lawyers, legal advisors)

3. Data Source Analysis
- Determining data formats, files, systems (1C: Document Management, CRM, electronic archive)
- Analysis of the current base of regulatory documents and contract templates
- Assessment of the availability of historical data on contracts and claims
4. Integration Analysis
- Preliminary analysis of accounting and related systems (1C: Document Management, ERP, SAP)
- Assessment of readiness for integration with 1C (for Standard/Professional versions)
- Determining the volume and complexity of integration work
5. Formation of Target Architecture
- Designing the target interaction scheme of AI Lawyer with existing systems
- Defining the composition of modules and system configuration
- Recommendations for choosing the product version (Basic, Standard, Professional)
6. Preparation and Agreement of Technical Assignment
- Formulating functional requirements
- Describing usage scenarios of the system
- Defining acceptance criteria
- Estimating the cost of industrial implementation
- Agreeing on the technical assignment with the client
Survey Results
Upon completion of the pre-project survey, the client receives:
- Survey Results Report — description of the current state of processes, identified risks, and recommendations
- Target Architecture of the Solution — interaction scheme of AI Lawyer with the enterprise systems
- Technical Assignment for Implementation — an agreed document with functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Recommendation for Product Version — justification for choosing the optimal version (Basic, Standard, Professional)
- Implementation Schedule — stages, deadlines, responsible parties
- Commercial Proposal for Implementation — detailed cost estimate for industrial implementation
The cost of implementation, as well as its timelines, is determined at the pre-project research stage.
